ICICI Bank — Sip fraud

I have created sip for six months in (Aditya birla sun life low duration fund) ₹1000 per month using imobile app on 30 december 2019, they replied me start of day as 8-jan-2020 on 30 december 2019, i have received next message on 7-jan-2020 stating that keep my saving account funded atleast 1000₹ minimum for same, next day 8-jan-2020 i have received message as ₹1000 deducted towards sip, and each month 7 and 8 day
I have received same messages with icici bank only (No any spam message), however no single message/mail from aditya birla end, i found this weird but it's first time i have tried for sip and i can able to see in imobile application under mutual fund section that number of installments are reducing each month jan=5, feb=4, march=3, april=2,
And no single mail/message received that your funding failed to receive or else,
On may 8 i have received mail from aditya birla group with statement link,
Now that's weird for me, cause i have never received this before, then i started googling and mailed to aditya birla group for same, and they replied as they haven't received any amount for last 4 months jan, feb, mar, april,
Same mail i forwarded to icici bank customer service, and they replied with magical message stating that,

Then i tried to find those all messages for money deduction against sip and i found that most of them are deleted from my mobile some of them are available with me as screenshots, now icici bank denying that i have lost my 4000₹ stating that we can't find anything in system statements, i wonder how"fraud system"they have instead of"fraud in system". Anyway i'm taking out all money from icici and transferring salary account to another bank.
