[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Smab charges deducted 4 times without prior information

My ICICI account with account number ending with ********5995 has been deducted with SMAB charges 4 times ( Rs.399 on 29/08, Rs.399 on 29/09, Rs.513 on 31/10, Rs.515.25 on 27/11) without me being informed on a prior basis which is not correct. And I do see that ICICI has being doing it for most of the customers on reviewing through the complaints here. Hence kindly look into this on a Urgent basis & make arrangement for the amount to be credited back as it was debited without informing the Account holder. And in case after being informed, if the account is not being maintained then the amount can be debited after prior information to customers. My contact number is : [protected]. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL
