[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Sms alerts | |||||
I have saving account with Rajkot branch.i have registered my mobile for sms alerts.bank is sending sms for credit and debit alerts for my account.but they are not telling balance in the sms.I contacted customer care for this issue but they did not reply properly and suggested some options which everybody knows.finally they told me that you are expecting too much which we cannot give.why they cannot improve simple thing in the system?
