[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Sub: icici bank denial withdrawal of amount of valid cheque in spite of having kyc of first holder

1. I, mrs kamlesh saini having the bank a/c no[protected] in icici bank 2/1gf, popular house, ashram road branch ahmedabad-380009.
2. On 13/11/2016, i had gone to my home branch and produced cheque no 045396 for withdrawal of rs. 10000/-
3. I was shocked to know that cashier denied to accept my cheque on pretext that joint holder’s kyc is not updated.
4. I approached mr. Anikait jain, deputy manager, and privilege banker. He said money ‘’joint holder information is not updated in this a/c. Hence unable to withdraw. First holder came to withdraw from that a/c. First holder kyc is there”
5. My submission is as under:-
(A) as per icic bank my (First holder’s) kyc is held with them then why was i denied withdrawal of my own money?
(B) no prior intimation was given by icici bank to me for updating of joint holder’s kyc.
(C) i had gone to my home branch.
(D) i am a lady and moreover senior citizen. There was no separate que for ladies and senior citizen.
(E) having spent 3 hours in a bank i was denied my legitimate withdrawal of money.
(F) instead of resolving this issue mr. Anikait jain, deputy manager, made it more complicated. He started checking the rule on internet and wasted my time.
(G) the behaviour of bank staff was rude and atrocious specially mr. Anikait jain, deputy manager.

Can u please expain me the charges RTNCHG-127845/[protected]ST52+ST and more always deduction from my a.c in which a/c is salaried...why so hidden charges here is my a/c num[protected]

Mu a/c no. Is[protected] and my account was activated from tab for my salary pls check why my account get blocked
