Dear sir/mam, Customer care did not response & not provide any service request no. My complaint is, my wife account open by mr. Vikas in icici bank mathura (Women account) & told to me it's 0 balance after 12 month but now many time minium charges to deduct from your side & now told to me that maintenance at least 10k per month. As per rbi norms no penalty for minium balance. O please resolve or i will close this both accounts as per below details Mrs. Preety[protected] Mr. Hari om[protected].
