[Resolved] ICICI Bank — swapping charges | |||
I am using icici swaping machine tid no.33290142. I install this swaping machine in march 2019. The service boy told me that there will be no charges upto 2000/- rs. And maximum 0.8% on debit card and 1.8% on credit card. And no monthly rent also. But from that day i m paying monthly rent and swaping charges also applied on 800/-rs.. On debit card they charge 1.5% to 2.5%. And on credit 1.8% to 2.8%. I am regularly calling that service boy,, he daily replies that sir with in 2 days, 4 days, they refund. So tell me what can i do.
