[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Terrible customer service officer - ms. rekha | |||
This is pathetic that a person is not getting the refund, and your employee doesn't have etiquette to speak to the customer, ms. Rekha (Gurgaon). After spending 26/- in a call in which your employee was just confused, what should we do when we are supposed to get a refund. Call the merchant, the mid person (The app from where we booked) and then the bank where the employees doesn't have etiquettes. We know that one needs to recheck the information but not that non sense way as she did. This is pathetic and not expected from icici. I got a message from where i was supposed to get the refund, then i'll be getting the refund with 7 working days. Now after 7 days when i called the merchant they said that we have refunded your amount and they gave me the transaction ids. I told this thing to ms. Rekha thrice, what she said in reply, "to apko pehle phone karna chahiye tha". How the hell on this earth will anybody know that for getting a refund you have to call everybody on the first day itself, even the bank that, "dear bank, i am supposed to get a refund. Please give it to me". She was behaving as if she was doing a favour to me. Ms. Rekha - just not recommended for the work she is doing, terrible she is. Was this information helpful? | |||
