In the first week of february, i thought o[censored]sing the icici pockets application, and installed it. For online transactions, it needed a 3d secure pin which is to be generated during the first online transaction.
I tried generating the 3d secure pin, and couldn't, since it said that my credentials are incorrect. Since then, i have been calling the customer care several times and all they do is place a service request, ask for screenshots and personal documents and then do nothing. I have to call the customer care once a week and they place a new request saying that this time it'll be resolved.
Icici pockets claims 20% cash back on bookmyshow and some other websites. Well, i have used bookmyshow and other such services very often in the past 2.5 months but not through the pockets card, because it isn't working on online transactions. Hence i missed out on a lot of cash back. A service, which was promised to me while installing the application was denied. Was this information helpful? |
