ICICI Bank — The very Late delivery and lie upon lie

I called many times to ICICI Cus Service, they just said the same thing that, "the address was wrong and been returned back". However I have verified the address all the times I called them. This is frustrating and careless in the business. I felt as our India has to be improved to way up in BUSINESS and Customer Service. I'm not gonna take it off
