[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Toll deducted at exempted Toll Plaza in Pune

I travelled to Satara on 10th Jan 2020 with my car MH12MW6138 but while returning to Pune, I got charged with 95 Rs on Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza though all the Pune and PCMC vehicles passing with MH12 and MH14 are exempted at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza but due to my Fastag sticker I got wrongly charged on the toll plaza. The trip number was[protected].

I would like to request you to refund this amount to my account as this was wrongly deducted and also request to ICICI Bank to create one portal to register this type of complaints easily so that we will not choose directly Cosumer Portal
