ICICI Bank — Top up loan rejected without any information | |||
Dear sir, As my home loan with icici since 4 & 1/2 years & i regular pay emi also. So i applied for top up loan on my home loan & given all documents to bank person also some one visited my home 2-3 time for some information & for photos of home after that on 26th june'15 i got sms on my mobile which mention dear customer thank you for choosing icici bank mortgage loan .Your appn no is 64325177 but after 15 days i am not getting any phone call from bank & when i tried to contact through your authorised representative he said your loan is rejected. So kindly provide me detail status for my loan process & if rejected then give valid reason as i am regular users of icici bank without any history of cheque bounce. Kindly do needful. Regards!
