ICICI Bank — Torture from collection team Mr. abiram -[protected]

I am having a credit Card from last 4 years, all these years i have paid on time, but from last one year after my maternity leave i lost my job, so even many medical emergency at home my mother in law hospitalized and expired and now my father in law has hospitalized from last 6 months facing lot of financial problems to pay the dues, and these collection people torturing and forcefully made me to settle the card, even i asked time and asked 6-7 installments to pay the dues, not every day torturing and calling continuously and telling they will visit home, my Parents address they are old and they will simply take tension regarding this. they are not at all giving time by torturing me & my husband and disturbing not allowing to work at office. bcoz there continuously calls my husband got warning in office that they will fire if they attend the calls in between work time

please help me.
