I am icici account holder, Nov'21 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov21+GST" charge,
Total - rs 707.98
I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.
