I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a transaction charge of Rs. 177 that was deducted from my account on December 27th, 2023. This unexpected charge, however, has caused me concern. your customer care team assured me that no charges are levied for withdrawals or multiple deposits made through ICICI ATMs. Feeling confident in this information, I proceeded with the 5 deposits in the month of November and now on December 27th, received this unexpected deduction of Rs. 177.
Given the misinformation I requested customer care, to kindly provide a reversal of the Rs. 177 charge back into my account but their customer care girl disconnected the call.
I use to think ICICI is the best bank of india in terms of service and customer satisfaction, but this incident changed my prospective entire. Imagine how many people would be going through this every month and no body would be raising their voice thinking Rs. 177 is such a small amount. But still it's hard earned money.
