I an not the account holder of icici bank but on 24th april 2017, i had done a transaction of rs 10100 regarding my university fee through eazypay server. Unfortunately the transaction was failed and also the amount was deducted from my account. And yet also the amount is not refund.
Kindly focus on above and grant me the same.
