[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Transaction Failed because of payment gateway, but I'm paying the price

I made an imps transaction on[protected], once after entering OTP upon submitting the transaction failed but the amount was debited.
It has transferred in at most emergencies and lives were dependent on it and the amount is also huge I can't afford to send it again.

There were no clear options to find failed transactions and I could only see the transaction in the e-statement and not in the completed transaction.

I tried reaching customer care several times and finally managed to connect with one and all the response I could get was "all the transaction-related queries would be handled from morning 7 to evening 9."

Clearly, I felt helpless and cheated, I have paid all the service charges for you guys, and for a mistake from your side I'm now facing all the punishments.

it was not my fault the transaction got failed and all the doors were locked to find a solution I cant wait till morning for a mistake that is clearly from ICICI's side.
