[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Transaction failed but amount deducted and not refunded in same account | |||||
Sir, I would like to state that on 28.10.2015 by 08.30 PM transaction has been failed during transfer of Rs. 2500 to my ICICI wallet No. [protected] from ICICI Pockets saving Account No.[protected] with transaction reference number INF/[protected]/[protected]/3327010 00026/2/0 but the same amount has been dedicated from my saving account and til date amount has not been refunded. Oct 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved ICICI Customer care called me and directed to wait for 15 working day. After 15 days I have received the same amount. Thank you ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
