Hi,
When i was sending money, transaction failed due to poor data connection. Money got debited but was not credited into other bank.
I have twice mailed and raised service request for this. No effective response saying that they could not connect to my number. And also when i was raising service request it was asking for payment id how i provide them payment id when the transaction was not successful.
Next time i have raised a complaint 5 days back no response til now.
"very poor service"
