[Resolved] ICICI Bank — transaction failure

I lost my entire 10000 ruppes while transacting to a bank on 29 mar 2018. I didnt credit the money back still and neighter the one which is sent. Itshows transaction timed out attaching the reference number.
Please solve and return my money back
Its being 3 days and still it is pending. Please consider my complaint and kindly do the further ineed my money back or please credit it to the the account which i send please go through the ref number.
