Am writing to report an unfortunate incident regarding my recent food order delivery through the IRCTC app. On February 4th, the delivery failed to reach the designated station, prompting a call from your customer care on February 5th. While initially helpful, the representative began requesting my card details for a refund, raising suspicion.

Despite exercising caution, INR 17, 472.00 was unlawfully deducted from my credit card following the call. This breach necessitates an immediate investigation and the prompt return of funds. Such incidents underscore the importance of robust security measures to safeguard users. It is imperative that an immediate and thorough investigation be conducted into this fraudulent activity, and the misappropriated funds be promptly returned to my account.
