ICICI Bank — Transaction made through immobile is yet not credited to beneficiary whereas amount debited from my account

I had made three transactions on date 03/07/2015. In which two transactions are been done whereas third transaction of amount is yet not reflected and credited to the beneficiary account while the amount is debited from my account. I don't know where the error has occurred. Pls advice on same.
