[Resolved] ICICI Bank — transactions using arn number

There are 3 transactions made to icici bank using below arn numbers. I have called them many times but they have no clue where these transfers are. The amount is supposed to be credited to my account. These transfers are made using debit card numbers. I recharged my jio numbers [protected] on 02/02/2018 with 399 plan through myjio app with upi. I got deducted with 349rs from my account but the trasaction is not complete.I got out of the app and it is gone nothing os there like failed or receipt of recharge. ICICI online is not having any provision to update aadhar nos of joint holders although ICICI is sending SMSs to update same for all joint holders. Provision may pl be made for such online update ASAP,
ICICI call centre also regretted their inability to update same.
