28jan2016 i transferred money to india registering to money2india online.
22feb2016 still haven't received money so approached customer service through phone and email. Asked for documentation i have provided passport, visa, identity everything required for transaction process.(Re: 00065abcnk1u6ct0:query on transaction id: m2a[protected]
02march2016 after lot of followups again i learned transaction is held for documentation despite i provided all documentation. I have reattached all visa copies attached and sent (00065abd7f72xdkp:status of sr[protected]
05march2016 - after lot of customer service followups i got confirmation that all required documentation is provided and funds transferred is initiated(Re: 00065abd7f72xdkp:re status of sr[protected]
11march2016 - i again receive mail asking us bank statements and sent on the same date and called to make sure you have all documentation to process the request. I got confirmation that the last documentation and will be transferred(00067abdyyx1q24k:re: status of the request sr[protected].)
Despite sent all statements i kept receiving same auto generated mail asking statements till 21march2016
24march2016 - called customer care and resent documents and bank confirmed they would process my money by march312016
04april2016 - still not received money, i have called customer care, initially she started giving all wrong information and then i was in call for 2 hours explaining whole situation.She finally paid attention since i forced and realized they have all documentation but new twist that she mentioned to me was my account was not active and she said she will place request to activate it. I asked for reference number and she said i will receive a mail in 10 minutes after 2 hours long call. Haven't received any mail about activated i'm very depressed with this bank fraud.(Re: 00067abdyyx1q24k:re re re re re status of the request sr[protected].)
I really feel cheated by this bank and feel helpless. Lot of time to followup up and they don't have systems. Every time false assurance and which really hits on customer patience. I request to your help. Was this information helpful? |
