[Resolved] ICICI Bank — tried to book ticket through, mmt money got deducted but ticket was not confirmed.. waiting for refund since 5 days

I tried to book ticket via mmt, rs.7126 has been debited from account but booking was not confirmed.. Mmt confirmed that they refunded the amount on 8th apr 2019.. I have not received anything in account still.. Icici people are telling they are not responsible and and asking me to wait till i get... Very irresponsible response.. Please help me in getting this issue resolved
