Two EMI's started for One purchase on ICICI Credit Card

Please Help!

I am attaching two images that are marked and two that are not

You can see in the two images marked with color line boxes

YELLOW BOX shows the main transaction

GREEN BOX shows the EMI Conversion and first instalment billed
(This is the correct EMI Conversion as I requested for 3month EMI)

RED BOX shows the second (duplicate & wrong) EMI with 6month installment billed (which was never requested by me).

Please help me out!
