I have been issued with an icici only vimal vaatsalya bond money multiplier
bond-private placement series R/BPN/99/1 face value of which Rs. 1000/- only issue date : 01.07.1999, redemption date : 01.01.2018 with a tenure of 18 years 6 months bearing bondholder no 0000001, certificate no. 5151

Attached the certificate copy.

Sincerely appreciate your help to recover the maturity amount for the said bond from ICICI.

    Transaction held without intimation or notification

    Address: MUMBAI

    The said transaction held on 28.06.2022 of 590 INR without any intimation or notification, amount deducted from account for not maintaining minimum balance but on record the amount was maintained well in time for the Transaction to be held on 20.06.2022.

    Statement shown as below:

    My ICICI meal card got expired an year ago. I have been trying to contact them since it expires. I could not able to reach out them as there is no specific path or contact details available.
    I have sent multiple emails regarding the same but there is no response.
    I have 2000 to 3000 balance in that card. Now I am not able to use that card and I don't have new card as well.

    Please help me with this.

      Am Krishna Vallalpu 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL May-22) DP charges on

      28/6/2022. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction

      message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected].

        Dear Sir,
        I have multiple MF SIPs with Groww app, which is scheduled for 28th of every month. However, Groww is deducting the money on 27th itself. If the balance is insufficient, customer has option to manually add the amount in the groww account directly.
        In my case the amount was to be deducted on 27th june, so I added the required balance in my account. Since it was not deducted on 27th, I manually added it to groww app and my SIP was done without any issues.
        But on 28th June, I saw that three deductions of Rs. 590 each(ECSRTNCHGS270622_SR[protected], ECSRTNCHG01_270622_SR[protected], ECSRTNCHG02_270622_SR[protected] has been done from my account.
        This is the first time that I have faced this situation. Please help by reverting the amount.

          I am using icici since about 9 years and i have never activated and use this demat account then how I am being charged .

            Myself DILPREET SINGH, i have been with icici bank since 2021. Today checked acconut statement i have seen deduct some amount of account number 826/- without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till may-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

              Rs 590 is incorrectly debited from my account with remarks as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~INGENOT.
              I do not have any loans with icici nor have I missed any EMIs or payments. This charge is inappropriate and should be reversed immediately.

                  I am Priyansha Jain, This is the second deduction of 826 rs by icici bank on 27 June 2022 in the name of dp charges though last time also requested to close the account by visiting the branch and submitted the form but the same Was deducted again by the bank

                  I never opened a demat account, and i didn't get any notification of deduction so please take this matter seriously because deducting of charges from account without the knowledge of account holder is not acceptable in which the account holder never opened the demat account.

                  I need my money back. Please take this issue on priority and take the necessary actionI am Priyansha Jain, This is the second deduction of 826 rs by icici bank on 27 June 2022 in the name of dp charges though last time also requested to close the account by visiting the branch and submitted the form but the same Was deducted again by the bank

                    Icici merchant services Fiserv pos

                    In around december icici fiserv merchant executive name chaitanya came to my shop and requested me to get his icici pos machine, i told him i already have paytm pos machine and my plan for paytm machine will expire after 6 months but he told me icici pos had not a single charge he told me pos had no rental charge, no one time charge, no activation charge i told him i didnt want that machine for that time but he told me this is limited period...

                    Hello ICICI Bank,

                    It's with so much distress to complain here that I've raised a dispute with your customer care team on my credit card that one of the transaction was not authorised through OTP and I made several phone calls/emails running every where with your customer care team.

                    Though I've provided all the information they need, still they're asking me to pay the amount which I never used/spent.

                    Hope you can resolve this issue.

                    Utterly disappointed with your customer care team as they're keep sending the same copy pasted responses every time, instead fixing the issue.

                    This is very terrible from ICIC bank that they have marked the complaint as "resolved". They did not even called me/messaged me nor emailed me. There's no communication at all. They just marked as resolved without giving any resolution as such. Disgusting and disappointing.

                      I am regular coustomer of your bank but unfortunately today my account balance deducted with the INR 826 Rupees without any prior notice with this sms DMC DP CHGS Till MAY - 22.

                      But i'm not using Demat account and my balance is deducted please look on to it and resolve this issue.

                          Today my ICICI account has been deducted with amount ₹826 in the name of "DMC DP CHARGES TILL MAY-22" while I've already paid ₹349 (DP CHARGES) a couple of months ago. I think the amount shouldn't be deducted as I've been told there's no hidden charges at all except the annual fee of ₹349. I want to be get refunded at any cost!

                              I am therese. 814.20 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-22 on 28-Jun-2022. I have never used my demat account since last 4 year.

                              They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                              When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount and close my demat account permanently.

                                I am Ramkumar Lakshmanan. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL May-22) on 28-JUN-2022. I already submitted application to close my trading and Demat account with ICICI.

                                If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and with out any prior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. This is completely unacceptable.
                                Please refund my total amount and close that service or Demat Account if it is open.

                                I'm using credit card and salary account with ICICI. If this worst customer service continues i have to look for alternate private banking service.

                                    My account has been blocked and its been more than a week. I have been using my Internet/Mobile banking account for long ago now its says it is disabled, I called customer care and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activated.

                                    Its been more than a week, poor services from ICICI Bank. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!
