ICICI Bank — un declared amount debited by bank till now debited rs 1700

I have demat account with icici bank and bank is daily debiting amount in my saving bank account some time it is 4.68 and rs. 0.57 and some time as high as rs. 158
I want to know that there is no any intimation of any default on my part and also no sms has sent to me. Is it charity amount that bank is charging from us if so pl provide donation certificate.

No i think to remove my account from your bank account as i am not so rich to pay daily charity from my bank account. Pl return all amount
