[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unable to cancel cpp plan from last 10 days. | |||
Hi, i have a credit card and cpp plan has been activated for the card. I have been calling the cpp customer care team[protected] /[protected] to cancel this plan for last 10 days from my registered mobile number and i am giving all the details to them but they are saying my address is not matching from their records although i have tried all my possible addresses. Also i have mentioned them my banking profile address to them but they are refusing my request and saying i am not a verified customer. I don't know what address they have put in that column. It's really troublesome for me. This incident has a negative impact on me for cpp plan as well as for using credit card in near future. I have also planned to cancel my credit card. I am also calling icici helpline and this number is also not reachable. As of now i did not get any solution for this problem. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
