ICICI Bank — Unable to close the loan amount

I have taken bike lon from ur bank . I was failed to pay the instalment amount of 23000.00 . But I went to icici head office which located at gachibowli hyderabad . They informed me pay 86000.00 I told that I cont pay that much amount . So pls help me to pay the principal amount without any charges. Bike num is AP 26 R 0504.
