Provided A/c No.[protected] and Tracking ID is 34478858 Dear Sir, I have opened Regular Savings bank account through online application.I have already made payment for initial deposit through bank transfer. I have facing some problem with verification.I have all documents which is required by you for Open Savings Bank Account.But your representative want to take photo of my home which is out of my mind.If I have all Required Doc then why should it be mandatory? I approached many time to customer care helpline but already recorded voice told me to enter Your Mobile No. and we approached you shortly but till now there is a no response from you. So for this regarding I want to close my account and request to Release or Refund my payment. The transaction details are: Date: Nov 14, 2016.
