[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unable to generate ICICI internet banking password

I recently opened a salary account in ICICI as per my corporate request and received all the kit for the same. I have registered my mobile number with the account by visiting the nearest ICICI ATM too. But I was unable to generate the password for the received userid or Account number online and system throws an error message stating "Mobile number is not registered with the account please visit nearest branch/ATM". I have done this couple of times and is successfully registered. Later I visited the same account branch and informed the issue and they asked me to fill up a form and submitted successfully. After 2 working days I received a message from ICICI stating the mobile number provided has been successfully registered but still I was unable to use internet banking or iMobile Pay app. I have a credit card of ICICI registered with the same mobile number before opening this account. I have informed these details too at the branch. And tried customer service number too and was always redirecting to credit card dept and they are saying thats not the dept concerned to solve my issue.
