ICICI Bank — Unable to get money into account resulting in lack of funds and bouncing emi/auto pay

I had been facing issues with the ICICI bank for past 15 days. It all started with a refund that I was ecpecting from AIR BNB on 14th mai. While they have shared all the transaction ID and everying that the refund has been successfully received by the bank and it should reflect in 7 days. AIRBNB has shared every required detail and transaction ID but it bank is not processing it. When I started following up with the bank, they said nothiing is wrong with the account. After 2 weeks, I was expecting my salary but it didnot got credited. Since I donot have funds in my account and I have emi to pay and auto pay scheduled for my regular utility bills, I tried arranging money from friends and family, bant is rejecting the transaction. I have made multiple calls to ICICI customer care team. Finally at last, I visted branch and they also said that there is no issue with the account.
But they donot have answer as why my account is not receiving the credit amount. Everytime someone tries to send me money via upi apps or via direct account transfers, I receive a text message which says "your credit request has been declined by ICICI" while the sender receives an error which says "Astha Kulshrestha's bank is not accepting the transaction". Is it some sort of way to ear late fees or penalties over loan, creating issues into customer's account so that they cannot pay the emi.
