[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — unable to prematurely close my fd online

I have savings and fixed deposit accounts with icici. Yesterday i was trying to encash my fd before maturity, through online banking, but couldn't do it as it was marked under lien. I have no credit card or loan from icici. Presently i am stuck out of india due to the pandemic and need funds urgently. My india mobile number is working and i am very much contactable on mail as well. I do not understand how icici can block my funds without getting in touch with me or without informing me. I cannot visit the branch now as i am stuck outside the country but need my funds urgently. Also it's a single account and does not have any joint holders. Please help urgently.
