ICICI Bank — Unable to receive money through UPI and IMPS

I’m unable to receive money through UPI and IMPS into my ICICI bank, before 6 days ago they told me it will resolve in 2 days but still im facing issue, my wife trying to send me funds through IMPS and it is getting declined, please resolve this
