I'm unable to send / receive money through my UPI ID linked with my ICICI SB account. I reached out to branch but they asked to call customer care at 1800180. I tried calling the customer care number but there is no option for unblocking my UPI in the IVRS system.
I reached out to my bank staff but no use. ICICI Bank has very poor customer care service. For loan offers, they keep calling incessantly. But when customers are seeking grievance redressal, they behave like its not their business at all. Was this information helpful? |
