    On 28th June 2023, Rs. 826 has been debited from my account without any reason showing Dmc dp chngs till May 23 with no alert messages. So kindly, review the inconvenience and credit the respective amount in the my account.

      I'm a bond holder of SCICI Limited Deep Discount bond. ISSUED ON : 1st September 1996

      1. I emailed multiple times to [protected]@icicibank.com, but no relevant reply.
      2. I called many ICICI customer care helpline number, but no one know what is the process or point of contact of Bond department
      3. I visited 2 ICICI branch and I didn't get any help from there as well
      4. I tried contacting Icici BKC branch but couldn't make a connection call.

      Requesting you to kindly let us know the process of redemption and where and how to do it and whom to contact for redemption.

      Request to please provide the steps or contact information for the relevant parties as Scici Limited is merged with Icici banks

          I was just checking my bank statement, noticed that rupees 757 have been dedcuted from my account on the name of DMC/INXXXXXXXXXXX DP CHGS TILL MAY-23. this is a pure fraud by ICICI. I have demat account which was offered for free while opening a Salary acocunt with ICICI back in 2013.

          @icici please resolve and refund the amount I dont need demat account.

            This is to inform that there is a amount of Rs.243.77 deducted from my ICICI account[protected] as surcharge for IRCTC reservation. But IRCTC never ask for any surcharge; they only take the payment for tickets amount. Then why bank deduct the money from my account without my knowledge?
            Kindly refund this surcharge amount to my account asap.

              ICICI Bank has charged multiple amounts of 580+ under name NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK, without any notice or information. I don't have any EMI or anything which needs to be paid and this is my salary account.

              I have already lost more than 5k in last one year on this.

              I want my money back.

                I had asked for closure of fast tag account in one of my vehicle since I sold the vehicle.

                But even after 15 days... closure is not done. Meantime fasttag has been made inactive and therefore on blacklist. Due to this reason the buyer of my vehicle is not able to buy new fast tag in his name.

                Now we are struck and not able to take the vehicle on highway.

                    From past couple of days I'm observing that amount from my account is deducting from my account and showing NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~ this in statement I'm very much upset with this icici bank without any information they are deducting amount from my account, total amount deducted is 2794.52

                      Rom last couple of weeks I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                              The bond has matured, on visit to the bank branch I was told to email - [protected]@icicibank.com

                              Mail has been shared, 2 weeks passed no response. This is totally not acceptable. I need immediate resolution and liquidation of this bond.

                              I am loosing money every day.

                                I am very old customer in your bank and holding accounts as well as DEMAT account. I had purchased shares on[protected] and[protected] in cash but till date these shares have not been credited in my DEMAT account and i have made many many complaints to helpdesk icici direct.com but no response and no solution from bank till date. the details of the shares are as under

                                I have also discussed with RM Mr Chaitanya Agrawal and Ms. Preeti Khanna but no solution till date and they are saying that we have also send email to seniors for your query but no solution.

                                  I was told by the employee for the ICICI Bank that I am eligible for a free upgrade on my credit card for which I said ok as she fow saying that it will be a life time free card with no charges. Now I got charged with rupees 500+90(GST) which is not acceptable as I was charged wrongfully and this whole thing was a scam just to charge me for service which I don’t require.

                                    I was having loan with HDB finance, however loan has been closed in the month of Nov 2022. However post that the the charges are added and on 19th June 2023 Rs10604/- are deducted 590/- 590/- back to back from my account in a day which is huge amount and before this also it was deducted multiple times with another amount as well such 590/574/2/11 these are the figures which were and are getting deducted from my account.
                                    I haven't authorized these deductions request you to please check and help me in this and get all the charges refunded which are been added since very long time on my account.

                                        I have purchased Tax Saving bonds in March 2000 and another bond in 2002. I have been requesting for updates to 3i Infotech Limited, Mumbai. I have been asked to send a formal letter, which I did on 8th June. Till date there is no response.
