Have been trying to reach a ICICI Representative for Money Multiplier Bond-1298*-MMB-3 Maturity Claim
We have visited the Branch at Vijayanagar, Benglauru but not been successful to get the information how to get the maturity Amount. We have been given a number to connect, but that number is not being responding. As of now there have been numerous cyber complaints and we are afraid we may end up in a Hazzle. Will the proper authorities give us the proper location where to get our bonds re-imbursed

      I am an icici bank customer. On 29th May 2023, my acc. shows ecsrtnchgs250523 charged 590 rupees .. I don't know what this...You hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge and return my charged amount. Thank you

          Recharged RS.2999 on mobile number ×××××41048 from ICICI Bank's mobile app on 23rd May, got the message of bank's recharge successful but recharge not done. I recharged again it was successful. When I complained about this in the bank, the reply came that both the transactions were successful.

            NON-TRACKABILITY OF ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND-TWO

            I am Manne Hema Priya writing on behalf of my father Manne Srinivasa Rao.

            Mr. Manne Srinivasa Rao is the Bond Holder - Bond Holder no. 0027-235 of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 29.01.1999.

            Its Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 29.06.2023.

            There is no trackability of this bond.
            How do we redeem it at maturity? Who do we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

                MCC charges 5541

                Dear icici team,
                My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions....

                  D card fee refund

                  I tried making a transaction from my ICICI account but it said not enough balance, it has deducted 706.82 rupees from my account as a dcard fee without even asking for a permission. I don't use a debit card, i just make online transaction that to very rarely from this account as it's a back up account. I want a refund....

                  My account number ends with 7326.
                  I already had email conversations with a few ICICI agents which is of no use.
                  I have been paying my EMI without any issues since August 2021. However, I see a few charges this month wherein it states ECS charges and it was charged Rs. 590 around 6 times on the same day i.e, May 2nd, 2023.
                  I always had enough funds in my account the day before my EMI gets deducted. However, I do have a check bounce charge of Rs. 1416 from IDFC First Bank since they aren't paid the amount from ICICI end.
                  I was charged the amount of Rs. 2, 948 incorrectly and also an additional amount of Rs. 1419. I would like to get the refund for all the charges.

                        Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                        I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                        Do return my hard earned money as soon as possible.

                        I am also posting the same on social media and also tagging ICICI bank CEO.

                              Hi Team,

                              I am raising this complain against ICICI Bank for the unsuccessful transaction.
                              The sum of RS. 3000 was deducted from the account at PNB atm CP, New Delhi on 22nd April 2023.
                              The transaction was marked successful but money was not dispensed from the machine.

                              I tried raising a complain to the company but the resolution was not given and the grievance was closed.

                              Requesting you to please take a look and get the needful done.

                                I am requesting to change my emi deduction date. As per my emi deduction date is 5th of every month. I am not able to pay on 5th of every month as my salary is received on 16th of every month..again I am requesting to u change my date of emi.. every month bounce charges are charged..

                                  We had taken an money multiplier bond on 1st December 1998 and was supposed to claim INR 1, 00, 000 on 1st of May 2023 as it was the redemption date, I have posted it to 3i infotech Mumbai on 28th March 2023 itself but yet I have not received my money in account, I have attached the bond photo as well, request you to kindly look into this and credit my account as soon as possible. I had also emailed to [protected]@icicibank.com many times and spoke to customer care but whenever I call they say I will get a revert back within 3 working days.
                                  P.s. there is no reply to my email till now.

                                    There is a deduction of INR 1899 from my ICICI bank account on 12/05/2023 in the name of some policy renewal. There is no such policy and this is a transaction not done by me. Its a huge amount. Pls check and refund back my money
