ICICI Bank — Unable to update contact details for Savings Account

This is regarding savings account with ICICI Bank. This account was created as a 'b2 Digital Banking' account but was transferred by ICICI bank to a regular savings account in Nov'21 as the bank discontinued b2 accounts facility.
Now I am trying to access this new savings account but unable to access it.
My contact details are not updated for this account, so I have submitted KYC to the Thane branch. But branch staff said they are unable to update the details as this is digital bank account and they are not sure what to do. I was following up with the Thane branch and they are still unable to provide any help in order to update contact details or closure of account.
I have raised complaints to ICICI bank but customer care said follow up with branch only. And branch staff doesn't know how to update the details for this account. My fund is blocked and unable to access my account even after personally submitting KYC documents (Photo copy of passport, AADHAR Card, PAN Card and photo) to the branch.
Could you please assist.

Still no update on the complaint. All the details have already been shared with [protected]@icicibank.com and customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. Its been over 2 months and I still do not have access to my B2 Digital banking account.

Still no update on the complaint. Bank is asking to customer care or visit bank to update mobile number and email address, which has already been done in May 2022. No one is providing satisfactory response from the bank and I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY OWN FUNDS IN THE BANK ACCOUNT.

Still no update, regularly following up with headservicequality team. But even they are not responding now. This is really frustrating. Even after following all process, my issue is not resolved and no help from ICICI Bank.

Still no update or any help from ICICI Bank. I am following up regularly with ICICI Bank but no one bother to response to my any email from the bank. Really frustrating service from the ICICI Bank. I need to literally beg to get access to my own savings account.

Received a response headservicequality team on 23 Aug 2022 which is after a month since I wrote to them, even though the headservicequality team had said they will respond by 21 July 2022.

The response was that I have to submit updated KYC physically in the branch, which I have already done and explained to headservicequality team in previous emails multiple times. Still I have again provided them the following response again.

Please see my issue below and help at earliest.

It's been 3 months and no one has been able to help in order to update my KYC details for my bank account even after submitting the KYC forms physically in 2 branches of ICICI BANK, hence I have been escalating this to you so that I can access my funds.

In May 2022, I submitted the updated KYC forms physically at two ICICI BANK branches. ICICI Bank - Thane branch (Mr Tushar & Ms Shyamala collected my KYC form with updated details) and ICICI Branch - Kalwa Branch (Ms Megha collected my KYC form with updated details).

SR request was raised by Mr Tushar from ICICI BANK Thane branch and the number was - SR[protected]. I followed up with ICICI BANK Thane Branch multiple times however they did not respond at all.

It's been 3 MONTHS NOW and no one from the ICICI BANK is updating my details and I am not having access to my funds in the account.

Please help at the earliest so that I can have access to my funds.
