ICICI Bank — Unable to use dmrc debit card for metro travel. | |||
Hi, My name is devendra choukse and my a/c #, this is with reference to dmrc debit card for metro travel. I am not able to use the card from last 2 month as the card is not getting auto-recharge. Request you to please check and resolve the issue. I am complaining from last 2 month but not receiving any proper revert from icici bank. They are least interested to revert me. Ps - i have already visited multiple metro stations and they are not able to help in this regard, aslo as instructed i spoke to customer care and visited nearest branch (M. G.
