[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unable to use gift card for online transactions

I got the gift card from my organization as a part of annual gift but there is no pin mentioned in a gift pack.
I tried to contact customer care but they are asking for birthdate, and its not accepting my actual birthdate. I don't know the birthdate which my employer has used.

Now there is no way to check balance also i am not able to use it for online transactions since pin is not set. Please help me here.

i have applied credit card on 17.08.16 and your executive collected all documents . till now no status is showing on tracking . is some one will revert back on mail ID k_dimple @rediffmail.com or call me on [protected]/[protected].your executive name : Mr pushpendra, cell no : [protected].
