[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unable to use gift card for online transactions | |||
I got the gift card from my organization as a part of annual gift but there is no pin mentioned in a gift pack. I tried to contact customer care but they are asking for birthdate, and its not accepting my actual birthdate. I don't know the birthdate which my employer has used.
