I applied for a personal loan in ICICI bank last week. Before applying for the loan, i informed them that my CIBIL score is only 650. They said no problem. Then after two days, they informed me that my application is rejected because of some delay in my home loan payment. I clearly explained them before submitting the application that its not my problem. My home loan is with HDFC and they did not process the ECS in correct time. Thatswhy this problem happened. I corrected everything with my home loan and then only i submitted my personal loan application. Still they are saying they cannot process it. If they would have told me this before submitting the application, i would have tried in any other banks. This is the second time my application is rejected. This bank is not at all usefull for me. Iam planning to talk to my company HR to cancel my salary account with them and deposit it in some other banks. ICICI disappointed me.

    I have been a customer of icici bank for close to 13 years now. Their online banking is one of the worst experiences any consumer can have. I constantly get "your session has expired error" while i am in the midst of a transaction. I have complained to their it dept and also sent screen shots. Their standard answer is to disable cookies and history. No - this does not help.

    It is my sheer laziness that i am not transitioning to another bank. I would urge others not to bank with icici because of their poor applications

          Deposited rs 45000 in my icici account on 17th august'16 and icici bank credited around 44, 741 only.

          I recieved a message stating that some anw charges 250+ service tax have been deducted.
          While opening the new account nobody updated with this policy of icici or even if any changes were made in policy they could have updated us with a mail or message

          I am always maintaining minimum balance. I am using icici account from past 15 years and maintain the transactions according the policies.
          This is not at all acceptable. I want my money back.

            Dear sir
            I am minnie sajan who use to have a credit card when i was working with a company in mumbai. After recession i was without a job since 2002. I was unable to clear my dues. So the agent who use to call up for recovery once visited my house and told me to pay a sum of 600/- rs and he will close this acvount. I did so. Now after these many years a lady called asking my friends for my details etc. I do not understand how could someone enter into someone personal acvounts details etc. So many of my friends are being called i do not understand how have they hacked these details. While i called to ask her details she is not ready to disclose but asking only about me.
            Secondly i am not employed anymore. I do not understand this harrassment too.
            Can u help me out.

              My name is arindam mukhopadhyay.
              I have applied for a personal loan before 2 weeks via an agent named
              Dipanjan mondal. He has taken all my documents. Again after few days, asked for other savings account details, which i provided.
              Whenever im asking for the status he's not giving precise answer. I have neither got my loan application number
              Nor the agents aps id as asked by the icici customer desk for personal loan tracking. The customer desk also given a number

              When i called mr. Sourav, he replied : mr. Dipanjan is not in his team.

              Now, after so much of delay i want to cancel my loan application and kindly identify and take action against this agent
              Who doesnt have any responsibility.

                I have icici salary bank account and one icici credit card (Mumbai metro).

                A month ago i received a call from icici representative offering icici credit card for extending current credit limit with promise that i will be receiving one credit card with current cr. Card number with extended credit limit.
                I submitted my all documents to representative for hpcl single credit card with balance transfer of current card.

                After 20 days i received 2 credit cards - jet airways amex platinum card with different card numbers

                Which has no credit limit. When i am trying to swipe this card, it shows insufficient credit limit.
                Its a clear case of fraud or making fool by icici representative just to complete their monthly targets.

                This is so embarrassing for us when we swipe it for shopping and it gets declined.

                I am very disappointed with icici bank services and frauds.

                I want to know which card has how much credit limit and how come icici bank can issue 3 credit cards of same bank.

                The sales executive details on acknowledgement slip is as follows

                Emp code a00001, ram yadav (Phone.[protected]) which is switched off from the day i applied for this.

                Strict action to be taken against this person.

                  I filed a complaint about transferring 25, 000 rupees to wrong account through my corporation bank branch on 2nd july to icici bank. After 1 month follow up with icici bank they c j rajesh customer service manager said “we tried to reach the wrong beneficiary to seek his authorisation to debit his account, however could not establish any contact with the beneficiary.” my first question is how can icici bank registered such account whose contact number, email id and physical address all are fake.

                  I want my money reverse into my account.

                    Need statement of my loan account and my loan account # is LPSAL[protected]. I want to repay the loan amount and close the loan for some personal purpose. I have checked with the person who arranged loan for me and he said you have to contact agraharam branch for further details and I will share 1 person # to whom you can check the details for the same.                       Not receiving otp from icici bank

                      I tried several times to get otp while by ordering on amazon and it requires to enter my otp password but i am not not getting any otp from icici bank, very bad, then i jumped to another bank to complete my transaction. I want to say that this is not the first time i am facing kind of problem from icici bank, i am not getting online transaction details over phone via sms service.

                      I have saving acount in ur branch & by mistake i could not maintained minimum balance of 10000, its about 9800 or similar amount after 7-8 months, i got call & balance is dected by 5000 without any message alert, pl. Call on my given number for details information other wise i will launch leagal fir against icici bank & same with rbi & in others cinsumer court. I will wait for ur respnse within 24 hours & after that i will take leagal action. I haven't received any message alert regarding this.

                        I have used my uco bank atm card for withdrawal of rs 500 on 16/08/2016 at 19:40:15 from icici atm at md muribur rahman, kamrup atm id - nfuc0000. Rs 500 balance got deducted from my a/c but, not found any cash from the atm machine. So please reverse my deducted amount rs 500 immediately.

                          My debit card has been blocked for online transactions. I haven't entered any wrong details during performing any online transaction, but on 8th of August i got a mail stating that my card has been blocked for online transactions. I have tried to reach the customer care numbers of Chandigarh and even talked to the Bank officials but there has been no help.
                          Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

                            I booked a provouge ladied watch on promotional mails being received on my mailing address on 1st august 2016 & paid rs. 240 by my credit card. Till date i've not received the watch. I didn't get even a confirmation from the bank but just received docket number of gojavas the logistics. On contacting them i come to know that the watch has been returned to the sourceon some technical issue, i'm unaware ones again. I've already paid full money & what to do i don't know. Gojavas docket number is mumpugp 854640 dt. 01/08/2016. Please return my money.

                              I have to deposit cash on daily basis its my company account but any time bank server is not responding they don"t deposit cash at paschim vihar new delhi branch and also rajouri garden branch has a problem they don"t speak politely there customer even staff behavior is also too bad rajouri garden branch told me clearly they don"t deposit my cash they u told me have to deposit in u r home branch if home branch network is not responding so i have to deposit in another branch id they they don"t deposit the cash for other branch so why the open the bank they has to close bank day by day icici bank service is going to down...

                                  I have a fd (a/c[protected] in mira road branch (surya shopping centre). i am a senior citizen and i am eligible for tds exemption.

                                  I have submitted 'form 15h', but still tds has been deducted. i have placed a complaint in mira road branch on 30th july 2016. they promised orally, that a complaint has been lodged and the deducted amount would be credited in 2 working days.

                                  As no refund was made, i again went to the bank on 3rd august 2016. on asking for an acknowledgement, they told me to submit a tds reversal request application and promised that the amount would be credited within 10th august 2016.

                                  Its been 15th august and till date no refund has been made.in between i have made numerous calls but all in vein.

                                  I am 78 years old and its not possible to visit the branch every now and then. i would expect this complaint will solve my problem...

                                  My issue has been solved ultimately...First, I got a call from ICICI Bank (Mira Road branch)...Then I had to go to the bank to show the acknowledged 15H Form once again and finally after 2 working days TDS exemption was made and the amount got credited in my account... Thankx to Indian Consumers Complaint forum...

                                    Hi team,

                                    This is with regards to the transaction i had done earlier this morning.
                                    I used my atm which has balance of rs 19000. I tried to take out rs 1000.
                                    After inserting the pin, screen went blank and money did not came.
                                    On checking it, my money was deducted.
                                    I have got the message as well.

                                    Also the transaction slip was generated.
                                    Please refund my money as soon as possible.
