[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorised MAB charges | |||
My name is praveen & holding account with icici from last more than 5 years. But employees from the bank are the master in ditching. Last month, they told me that 10000 is the minimum limit which i need to keep in account. But today i come to know this is rs. 50000. I am paying almost rs. 700 every month for mab. I cannot digest this that dbm of palwal branch is lied in front of me. He said they are the charges for only 10000. Which should be in my account where as it was charges for 50000. I Don't know the reason why ICICI bank deducted without notice for my account.
ICICI has deducted amount Rs 18866 with transaction detail "[protected]/3005/IPRUGRPTERM/DC" from my saving account. I don't know what it is and how come they can deduct any amount from saving account without my consent. I see lots of people has same issue with ICICI and Prudential. It is fraud on behalf of ICICI Bank
