ICICI Bank — Unauthorised payment done from my savings account

I received a message from the bank saying that they debited a total sum of Rs. 199 from my bank account from MSI.AMAZON. i am neither a prime subscriber nor have I made any auto-renewable transactions before this, besides my Spotify account. THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THEM!

I was contacted by the so called "Team Support", a man going by the number +91 95593 59272 and he made me do a Cardless Cash Withdrawal from my imobile app saying that it was a voucher code and even made me give an OTP. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and give anybody your OTP, even if they claim to be from the ICICI bank. They withdrew Rs. 4500 and told me it was a bank server error and that I would get my money credited back in an hour, but it truly is all a scam. I will be reporting this to the bank officials at the earliest and I shall make sure whoever did this pays the price.
