[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorised transaction from my Account from VSI/RAZ Lagom L

An unauthorised transaction took place on 16 August'2020 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted. I faced the same issue yesterday. Turns out that this transaction is a part of your NUA subscription plan. If you have placed orders earlier on NUA, and probably a chose a renewal plan, they automatically place an order and the amount gets deducted from your account.
