Sir, I initiated a payment of Rs 40450 on 16.07.2021 through upi of Imobile app. My account number is[protected]. Payment was made only once and deducted at the same time from my bank account but now in passbook it is being reflected as payment made twice with the same amount of Rs 40450. Thus amount 40450 has been deducted twice from my account. Transaction details are UPI/[protected]/UPI and UPI/[protected].
I had earlier raised a complaint but I am not satisfied with the received reply. This is a serious case of financial fraud or may be some technical glitch in the system. But I am quite unhappy because I had initiated transaction once but after some hours I found it deducted twice without my authority.Therefore it is requested to take proactive measures to correct the wrong payment done by Imobile app twice and initiate proceedings to revert Rs 40450 to my account immediately please.
