ICICI Bank — Unauthorized credit card transaction Fraud

I received a call from an icici bank credit card agent through a personal number regarding an offer, i was told that i am being offered an Credit bonus amount and he told me install ICICI bank reward application (claimrewards, co). The application home page was showing as ICICI bank claim rewards. Then he told me to enter the details and fill an OTP on application. I filled the OTP and he deducted 89, 223 INR from my account without my consent. when I told him that amount has been deducted, he told me to enter the debit card number to get back my amount and he deducted 20, 000 INR from my saving account as well and told me to ait for 30 minutes, he will get my amount refunded,
He used fraudulent methodology to take my consent through new credit card application, Please take strict action against him for doing fraud with customers. I am adding the screenshots of the application. his number is +91 [protected]
