ICICI Bank — Unauthorized deduction from Account

Incident Date : 03/01/2017
My name is Aakash Sharma. I was told that there is no monthly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 805 has been deducted on IN[protected] dp chgs till Jan-17 though i haven't used my demat account.
There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile without my consent how can you deduct the amount I need refund of money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected].
REFUND THE AMOUNT asap. This is unauthorized access. This not first case, i am going to revoke my account from this fradulent bank.(ICICI)
