ICICI Bank — Unauthorized Demat charges

Hi,

826.00 rupees have been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-23) on 1st May, 2023. Upon doing a Google search I came to know that these charges are related to Demat account. I checked my iMobile app of ICICI and it shows that I do not have any Demat accounts.

When I created the ICICI account, I was never told about any demat account or any DMC charges. These charges are being deducted every year from my account. Request you to refund these charges as these were not disclosed while account opening and I have not authorized them.
