Hi my name is Shalini. I received an SMS on 3rd of March 2016, evening 4.27 pm stating that I made a debit card purchase of 2, 040 Rs. I was at my home and my card was in my wallet so I have no clue how the transaction was made. I have already contacted the customer care and they said they can't help me deal with this issue and said I should contact the payback team.I have also immediately blocked my credit cum debit card for the same.I have got in touch with the team but it's asking for the service request number which i have no idea about.Please help me in this regard.
