On 23rd july, 2017, at 9:23 am in the morning unauthorized transactions have been carried out through my icici bankatm debit card. The approximate amount of the fraud is 3000 inr. No 3d pin or otp was used to carry out this transaction Location of the fraud has been detected as st. Paul, amsterdam Complaint number is sr[protected] I am looking forward to a refund of these transactions and would like to know how safe is it to use the bank services provided by icici bank.
