[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unauthorized Transaction - ICICI Bank payment Rs.199 debited as MSI/ICL Amazon/[protected]/761597

Extreme Grievance - I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs199/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says MSI/ICL Amazon/[protected]/761597. Neither have I done any transaction nor did I get any OTP during the transaction. Neither am I an Amazon prime member nor have I auto-renewed any item. The amount was debited on April 17th 2021

I don't know how the money can be automatically deducted by ICICI bank without my permission. Kindly assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment of my bank statement showing the money deducted

Extreme Grievance - I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs199/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says MSI/ICL Amazon/[protected]/030698. I haven't done any transaction of that amount lately nor did I get any OTP during the transaction. The amount was debited on June 11th 2021

I don't know how the money can be automatically deducted by ICICI bank without my permission. Kindly assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment of my bank statement showing the money deducted
